Karen Turner’s promotion to Principal of RVR Consulting Group follows her accomplishments and leadership contributions as Sr. Director of the firm and her practitioners’ expertise in transforming talent strategies at some of the most notable organizations across industries around the globe during her career. She brings her expertise from two decades of experience effectively conceiving, growing, scaling, and leading new talent-related businesses to market-leading positions and helping clients achieve exponential strategic growth.
Karen helps RVR’s clients conceptualize, design, and execute plans to align talent strategy with business strategy to achieve maximum performance and results. This multi-faceted approach delivers on immediate objectives while simultaneously developing and applying the right-long term behaviors across all levels of the organization. Her advisory and consulting work at RVR Consulting spans multiple aspects of the operating model, including capabilities in organizational design, talent strategy, succession planning, leadership assessment and development, compensation benchmarking strategies, employee engagement and retention, and employer value proposition.
