Rebecca Irish has focused on public and private companies in a wide range of industries, along with entrepreneurial and middle market entities, most recently in the human capital resources management and healthcare sectors. She spent eight years with Ernst & Young, working in assurance and consulting services through the role of Senior Manager. Her expertise includes internal and external financial reporting and controls, mergers and acquisitions, capital sourcing and related management, forecasting and budgeting, risk management and human resource management. For the next seven years, Ms. Irish served as CFO of a $600+ million home health care public company, until its merger with another health services company in 1998. While there, she led annual public offerings, raising over $200 million in equity and subordinated debt. She also periodically increased the credit facilities from an initial $15 million to an ultimate $300 million, seven bank syndicated facility. The company operated over 600 locations in 36 states and completed over 300 acquisitions during her tenure.
Later, Ms. Irish served as CFO of a $175 million public company providing alternate site healthcare services including temporary staffing, home medical equipment, pharmacy and non-emergency care clinics. There she led the listing of the company on an exchange, completed multiple post-funding equity registrations, managed through 25 acquisitions and the expansion from 2 to 5 business lines in a two year period. She was the founder of a home healthcare company serving patients in 4 states which she sold to the company prior to joining as their CFO.
